AquaSoft MCP Connector: Privacy Policy
This policy describes the AquaSoft remote MCP connector at https://api-v2.aquasoft.uz/mcp. It applies when you connect AquaSoft to Claude or another compatible MCP client. Your use of the AquaSoft CRM remains subject to your organization's AquaSoft agreement.
Data the connector can access
The connector uses your AquaSoft account and the organization you authorize. It returns only records allowed by your AquaSoft role and existing CRM permissions. Depending on the tools you use, this can include customer names, phone numbers and locations; order, payment and debt information; sales summaries; driver, task, warehouse and stock information.
Write tools can create CRM tasks. With separate customer-bot permission, an organization administrator can prepare and confirm Telegram messages for selected customers who have started that organization's bot. Order-prompt messages can create an order after a customer chooses a quantity button. The connector records message campaign and delivery status, button responses, reminder attempts and created order IDs.
How data is used and shared
- Requested tool results are sent to the AI provider you connect, such as Anthropic, for processing in your conversation. The provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply.
- When an administrator confirms a customer-bot campaign, the message content and recipient chat identifiers are sent to Telegram so Telegram can deliver the message.
- We do not sell CRM data or use it for advertising.
What AquaSoft stores
- OAuth token checksums and account-to-organization bindings. Access tokens expire after one hour; refresh tokens rotate and expire after 30 days without use. Revoking a connection disables its tokens.
- MCP audit events containing the user ID, organization ID, tool name, result status and duration. Tool arguments and returned CRM records are not included in these audit events.
- Standard application and web-server logs, which may include request time, path, status and IP address. Log retention is controlled by the hosting configuration; the application does not set a fixed number of days.
- Customer-bot campaign content, recipient and delivery records, response state, reminder state and order references. These records do not have an automatic deletion schedule in the connector.

Your choices
You can disconnect from your AquaSoft connections at any time. This revokes the connector's access tokens. Your organization administrator can also change your CRM permissions or revoke connector access.
