AquaSoft MCP Connector: Terms of Service
These terms cover the AquaSoft remote MCP connector at https://api-v2.aquasoft.uz/mcp. Use of the AquaSoft CRM remains governed by your organization's AquaSoft agreement.
Access and permissions
You must use an active AquaSoft account and authorize the organization you intend to access. The connector applies your existing AquaSoft role and permissions. Do not share your password or OAuth credentials.
Read tools retrieve CRM records and summaries. Write access is separate: task creation requires task-write permission; customer-bot drafts and sending require customer-bot-write permission, an organization administrator and customer-app access. Sending a campaign requires an explicit owner confirmation. Only selected, eligible customers in the authorized organization can receive it.
Customer-bot orders
If an administrator prepares an order-prompt campaign, a customer may choose a quantity button in Telegram. That customer action can create a pending AquaSoft order using the product and saved delivery location from the customer's latest eligible bottle order. The connector may send one reminder after 24 hours without a recorded reply. Telegram does not provide read receipts to AquaSoft. The customer should check the order details with the organization if anything is incorrect.
Use of AI-generated answers
AI-generated answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important figures and business actions in AquaSoft before relying on them. You are responsible for using customer data under your organization's policies and applicable privacy requirements.
Availability and support
The connector depends on AquaSoft, Claude or another MCP client, and, for Telegram delivery, Telegram. Availability can be affected by any of these services. For connector support, see Support.
